Let’s take a look at the Jeep-building process and some of the available methods for tracking your new Jeep order.

Custom Orders

You can build your own custom Jeep order via the Kearny Mesa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM website. Choose your model, trim, axle options, amenities, and more.

Some benefits of custom orders include the ability to choose from such a range of options and accessories. You can see certain prioritized order processes and build scheduling, as well.

You can also lock in whatever pricing and additional incentives you may have been able to negotiate or claim your incentives upon delivery.

Tracking & Timeline

Once your order is baked in, you’ll receive updates on the progress of the build. You can contact Jeep’s Customer Care team or your dealership’s representative for consistent, up-to-date information on the status of your order. You’ll even get photos of your car in the various stages of the build as the work progresses.

Your new, custom-made Jeep can take anywhere from six to twelve weeks to complete, depending on the type of build and complexity of the order. You’ll also get complimentary ground shipping across the country, and your dealership will notify you when your model has arrived at our location.
