2022 Jeep Wrangler Hybrid Powertrains

The Jeep Wrangles 4xe utilizes a 2.0-liter I4 Turbo PHEV engine powered by a 17-kWh lithium-ion battery pack and paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The combined system delivers 375 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque.

Springing for a PHEV model means you can get up to 49 MPGe, with a combined driving range of 370 miles and a 21-mile all-electric range.

Aside from the plug-in hybrid versions, there’s also the option for a Pentastar® V6 engine with a mild-hybrid eTorque system that makes 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque.
