The 2023 Jeep® Renegade: What We Know So Far

Power

The new Jeep Renegade comes with a 1.3-liter, four-cylinder engine that put out 177 horsepower and 210 lb-ft of torque. This is mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, but four-wheel drive is an option.

Off-Road Capability

All Jeep models are great off-roaders, and the 2023 Jeep Renegade is no exception. The best off-roading trim of the bunch is the Trailhawk® trim, which comes with:

• Four-wheel drive
• Rock traction control mode
• Hill descent control
• Front and rear recovery tow hooks
• Off-road tires
• Two skid plates
• 8.7 inches of ground clearance
• Low-range gearing
• Rock traction control mode

Interior

The two-row Jeep Renegade has a spacious interior to fits up to five people. Cloth upholstery, a six-way manually adjustable driver’s seat, and a four-way manually adjustable passenger are all standard. Leather upholstery, an eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, and heated front seats can be added.

For a smaller SUV, the Jeep Renegade has a lot of cargo space: 18.5 cubic feet behind the rear seats and 50.8 cubic feet when they are down.

Tech

Every Jeep Renegade comes loaded with standard tech features. This includes:
